Jocelyn Route for Register of Wills — Political Campaign

 

1. SMS Program Description

Jocelyn Route for Register of Wills ("Campaign") operates a registered political SMS messaging program. We send recurring SMS messages exclusively to supporters and volunteers who have provided express written consent through our online volunteer sign-up form.

 

Messages sent through this program include:

• Election updates and campaign news

• Volunteer coordination and event information

• Get-out-the-vote reminders

• Candidate information and civic engagement updates

 

We do not send commercial marketing or promotional messages through this program.

 

2. How to Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from the Campaign by completing the online volunteer sign-up form on our website and affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and clearly discloses:

• The sender identity (Jocelyn Route for Register of Wills)

• The types of messages to be received

• That message frequency varies

• That message and data rates may apply

• How to opt out (reply STOP)

• How to request help (reply HELP)

• Links to our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service

 

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of volunteering, donating, or participating in any Campaign activity.

 

3. Opt-Out — Reply STOP

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of your STOP request:

• You will receive one final confirmation message

• No further SMS messages will be sent to your number

• Your opt-out will be recorded and retained for compliance purposes

5. Message Frequency

6. Message & Data Rates

Msg & data rates may apply. The Campaign does not charge for SMS messages. Contact your wireless carrier for information about applicable rates.

 

7. No Third-Party Sharing

Jocelyn Route for Register of Wills does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

 

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Campaign does not guarantee the delivery or timeliness of any SMS message. Message delivery may be affected by network conditions, device compatibility, or other factors outside the Campaign's control.

 

9. Political Disclosure

SMS messages sent by this Campaign constitute political communications on behalf of Jocelyn Route for Register of Wills. By opting in you acknowledge that you may receive messages related to elections, candidates, and civic activities.
